Uluwatu Temple dates back to the
10th century and is perched high on a cliff top looking
out to the sea on Bali's south west tip. This is a wonderfull
spot to view the sunset and on the way back we stop
at the one of many small and simple seafood market restaurant
that of Jimbaran Bay.
The seafood is brought a shore by the local fishermen
and cooked on open barbeques it's simple surrounds with
tables and chairs on the beach, fresh fish, prawns and
crayfish served with rice, simple salad or jackets potatoes.
